What's new in Dealcraft
The Dealcraft changelog is a dated list of everything we've shipped, newest first. Follow the RSS feed
Agreements investors sign online
- Send an NDA, non-circumvention agreement or deal sourcing agreement from any investor's page. They read it and sign by typing their name: no account or paid e-signing service needed.
- Starter templates you can edit, filled in with your business details and the investor's, with your own templates too.
- Investors can ask for changes; you send a new version or reply. Both sides get the signed PDF, with a signing record of times and IP addresses.
- Keep a deal's full address hidden until the investor has signed your NDA from the deal page.
Task notifications on your phone and computer
- Task reminders now arrive as notifications even when Dealcraft is closed. Turn them on for each phone or computer you use.
- Task alerts have their own page: Settings → Task alerts, for your morning email, reminders and notifications.
Task alerts, and comparable lookup allowances
- A morning email with your tasks for the day, reminder emails before timed tasks, and an email when someone gives you a task. Each person chooses which they get.
- Comparable lookups: 30 a month on Solo and 200 on Team, and the free trial includes 10.
Your branding everywhere, and EPCs in deal packs
- One place for your business name, logo and colours (Settings → Branding), used by your landing page, deal packs and deal emails.
- New properties get their EPC certificate from the register automatically, and it has its own page in the deal pack.
- Saved deal packs can be rebuilt with today's photos, figures and branding.
- Phone photos now appear the right way up in deal packs.
Email deals to investors, and add properties from listings
- Send a deal to several investors at once. Each gets a private link, and you see who has opened it.
- Add an on-market property by pasting the estate agent's listing: Dealcraft fills in the details, the agent and the listing link.
- Import properties from a spreadsheet, as well as contacts.
- Choose the heading and body fonts for your landing page.
A new deal pack layout
- Deal packs now run over several pages: a photo cover, key features, the EPC, the area, a photo gallery and floor plans.
- Contacts can hold company and work details, and you can add your own contact types and lead sources.
Bookings from your landing page
- Sellers and investors can book a call or visit with you from your landing page. It goes in your calendar as a task, and both of you get a reminder.
- Your landing page can host a privacy notice, written from a UK GDPR template, with any gaps flagged until you fill them in.
Landing page previews
- See your landing page as sellers and investors will, on a phone and on a computer, before you share it.
- A step-by-step guide to pointing your own domain at your landing page.
Dealcraft CRM launches
- Seller leads, a deal pipeline, comparable sales with a suggested end value, six deal strategies, investor matching and deal packs, in one place.
- Your own landing page for sellers and investors, and the area rent for every property.
