Privacy notice

This notice explains how Dealcraft handles personal data about our customers and their users (people who sign up and log in). Dealcraft is provided by PROPGAIN UK LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16913648), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, which is the controller of that data. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC071824. For data our customers store about their contacts, the customer is the controller and we act as processor. See the data processing agreement.

What we collect

Your name, email, hashed password, account and billing status, and security logs such as hashed IP addresses for sign-in rate limiting. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Why

To provide the service (contract), keep it secure (legitimate interests), and meet legal obligations such as tax records.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Fasthosts, UK), our email provider and Anthropic (AI used to find comparable sales, sent only a property's street, postcode and description, never anyone's personal details). We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, then as set out in the terms. Billing records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object. Contact [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
