Terms of service

Dealcraft is a product of PROPGAIN UK LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16913648), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU ("we", "us"). We provide a web-based CRM for property deal sourcers ("you"), on these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite to your account, for keeping passwords secure, and for the lawfulness of the data you put into the service.

2. Subscriptions and trials

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Free trials last 14 days. If no plan is chosen by the end of the trial, the account becomes read-only. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Founding-member prices. Accounts that subscribe while the founding offer is open keep the founding price for each plan for the life of the account. That includes switching plans and resubscribing after a cancellation, as long as the account hasn't been deleted. We may change standard prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions stay on their current price unless we tell you otherwise.

Referral programme

Each account can refer new customers with its referral link or code. A referred new account gets a longer free trial. When it makes its first payment, the referring account earns free months, added as credit to its subscription and used against future invoices. Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred. They're limited to the yearly maximum shown in the app, and only apply to genuine new customers: self-referrals, duplicate accounts and abuse don't qualify. Credit for an account that never pays stays unused. We may withdraw rewards obtained unfairly, and may change or end the programme, without affecting rewards already credited.

3. Your data

You own the data you put into the service. You can export it at any time. After cancellation, the account stays read-only for 30 days so you can export, then the data is deleted. We process personal data on your behalf under our data processing agreement.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send unsolicited marketing, to store data you have no lawful basis to hold, or to attempt to access other customers' data.

5. Estimates

Deal calculations are estimates based on the figures you enter. They are not financial, tax or legal advice.

6. Trade marks

Dealcraft is a registered trade mark of PROPGAIN UK LIMITED. You may not use the Dealcraft name or logo without our written permission, except to refer to the service accurately.
