Can I import my existing spreadsheet of leads and investors?
Yes. Save your spreadsheet as CSV and import it. You match your columns to the right fields, see a preview, and duplicates are skipped automatically.
Does it work out deal profit and ROI?
Yes. Each property has a deal calculator: purchase price, refurbishment and your own cost lines such as legal fees, stamp duty or LBTT, finance and your sourcing fee. It shows total investment, estimated profit and ROI as you type, with estimates kept separate from actual figures.
Is my data secure and UK GDPR friendly?
Each customer account has its own separate database, all traffic is encrypted, and there are daily backups. Built-in tools handle subject access requests, erasure, marketing opt-outs, retention reviews and an audit trail of who changed what.
